Get In Touch

Wondering whether coaching is worth it, or whether I’m the right person to help? The way to find out is to talk. We’ll talk about where your clinic is now, what’s getting in your way, and where you’re trying to take it. It’s just a conversation, and you don’t have to decide anything to have one.

Hesitating to reach out? Here’s what you might be thinking.

Reaching out is the hard part for most owners. You might be thinking one of these.

“I don’t want to waste my time, or yours.”

You won’t. The call is how we both find out whether there’s a fit. If there isn’t, we’ll both know, and that’s not wasted time for either of us.

“I’m worried about getting a hard sell.”

That’s not how I work. I won’t pressure you and I won’t pitch you. We’ll talk about what’s going on in your clinic and whether I can help. If I’m not the right person for it, I’ll tell you.

“My clinic might be too small, or not ready.”

Size isn’t the question. If you’re feeling stuck or stretched too thin, that’s usually when an outside perspective helps the most. We can figure out together whether now is the right time.

“I’m not sure I can afford it right now.”

Let’s talk about where you are first. What coaching costs depends on how we’d work together, and we’ll cover that on the call. There’s no commitment in finding out.

“I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t work.”

A lot of owners have. The work I do is specific to your clinic and how you’re running it, not a program or a set of modules to get through. Whether that’s what you need is part of what we’d sort out together.

Taking the first step.

The conversation itself is straightforward. We’re trying to answer a few questions:

  • Can I help with what you’re dealing with?
  • Are we looking at the business the same way?
  • Do we work well together?

There’s no obligation. It’s a chance to see whether working together makes sense.

What to expect from the call.

The call runs about 60 minutes. We’ll talk through:

  • where your clinic is right now
  • what you’re trying to change, and where you keep getting stuck
  • whether the work I do lines up with what you need

It’s your time. Bring whatever’s on your mind, ask whatever you want, and get a feel for how we’d work together.

Even if we decide not to work together, you’ll leave the call with a clearer read on what’s getting in your way and at least one thing worth doing about it.

Ready to talk? Here’s how to reach me.

Two easy ways to get in touch.

Book a call

Book a call and pick a 60-minute slot that works for you. Either one works. Reaching out doesn’t commit you to anything. It’s the start of a conversation, and it could be a no for either of us. That’s fine.

Still not ready to book? Start with the By Default Instead of by Design worksheet. It’s a short diagnostic for spotting the work and decisions that keep landing back on you.
